Madhab Prasad Bhattarai

Madhab Prasad Bhattarai is the Senior Partner of Bhattarai & Associates, which he established in Kathmandu in 2012. His practice is centred on labour and employment law and on corporate and commercial matters, advising employers and companies on the workforce, contractual and regulatory questions that arise as a business grows. He also advises on foreign investment into Nepal, civil and property matters, and tax and regulatory compliance, and appears for clients in dispute resolution before the courts and in arbitration. He works in English, Nepali and Hindi, and takes a partner-led approach to matters: clients deal directly with him on the files he runs.
